The annuals Great Pumpkin Ride was held on a beautiful Virginia fall morning held annually, organized by the Fauquier Trails Coalition. Members of FARA volunteer the their time and equipment to support the event, providing communications support for the organizers. Not only are communications controlled but there are parts of Fauquier County that still do not have cell service.
The club sets up net control at the start / finish line and members are posted at the various rest stops in the county.
