You can get to the PATH foundation off of East Lee Street from the South or Blackwell Drive from the North.
If you enter from Northbound Walker Drive, you can use either entrance, but easier to use the second entrance on the North side.
If you enter from Southbound, you have to use the second entrance, or you can make U-Turn.
